Paid Search Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager to join our team at Fishtank, a global fintech company with offices in Europe, Middle East, Asia & Africa.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a technical and analytical Paid Search Manager with expertise in managing direct response paid search campaigns through the mid-funnel and low-funnel performance marketing. You will be responsible for developing strategies and managing all aspects of paid search campaigns, including setup, optimization, monitoring, reporting and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid search strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms
- Utilize data and analytics to inform campaign decisions and optimize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in paid search marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization
- Proven track record of success in managing and planning campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong knowledge of paid search campaigns conversion tracking and setup
- Highly technical skills in paid search platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
