Benefits Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support for the day-to-day running of the Citi UK Pension Plans. This will involve working closely with the Citi/Europe Retirement Manager and UK Retirement team to ensure the correct running of the company pension arrangements from both a trustee and company perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to ensure the correct running of the company pension arrangements.
- Act as a pension specialist and work with other specialist areas to provide seamless support to employees and members.
- Contribute to pensions projects.
- Support the delivery of business-as-usual activities.
- Support the UK Retirement Team in their role as Secretariat to the Trustee Board and Committees as required.
- Support the Team in managing the relationship with the third-party administrator and outsourced vendors, resolving issues and ensuring relevant changes to schemes or potential developments are acted on appropriately.
- Work closely with payroll and the administrators to resolve data and contribution issues.
- Act as a pensions specialist for employee and HR queries.
- Support and manage projects in respect of any aspect of pension provision.
- Work with the flex benefits and HR system, ensuring pension plans set up and contributions processed correctly.
- Support vendor invoice management.
Requirements:
- Technical pensions experience.
- Understanding of HR practices in general and pension and benefits provision in particular.
- Experience of dealing with corporate processes, payroll, and invoice management.
- Experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders.
