About the Role

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Senior Analyst to join our Retirement & Allowances team in HR Benefits. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day running of the Citi UK Pension Plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Citi /Europe Retirement Manager and UK Retirement team in carrying out various duties, including ensuring the correct running of the company pension arrangements.
  • Act as a pension specialist, working with other specialist areas to provide seamless support to employees and members.
  • Contribute to pensions projects and support the delivery of business-as-usual activities.
  • Support the UK Retirement Team in their role as Secretariat to the Trustee Board and Committees as required.
  • Manage the relationship with the third-party administrator and outsourced vendors, resolving issues and ensuring relevant changes to schemes or potential developments are acted on appropriately.
  • Work closely with payroll and the administrators to resolve data and contribution issues.
  • Act as a pensions specialist for employee and HR queries.
  • Support and manage projects in respect of any aspect of pension provision.
  • Work with the flex benefits and HR system, ensuring pension plans set up and contributions processed correctly.
  • Support vendor invoice management.

What We're Looking For

  • Technical pensions experience.
  • Understanding of HR practices in general and pension and benefits provision in particular.
  • Experience of dealing with corporate processes, payroll, and invoice management.
  • Experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders.
