Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Company Car

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Bowdon Associates Ltd. As a key member of our HVAC support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our air source heat pump systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with air source heat pump systems
  3. Collaborate with our sales team to identify and address customer needs
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of air source heat pump systems and HVAC technology
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
