Salary:£45,000 - £50,000 + Company Car

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Manager to join our team at Bowdon Associates Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
  2. Investigate and resolve technical issues with our HVAC products
  3. Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement support strategies
  4. Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and products
