About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Culinary Expert to join our team at Hinckley. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our high standards, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Support our Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.

Requirements
  • Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, or Commis Chef.
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
