Ventula Consulting is seeking an Oncology Training Solutions Manager to lead the development and delivery of scientific training programs in London. This 12-month contract pays up to £450 per day (Outside of IR35) and requires a hybrid work schedule with onsite presence at our office in St Pancras, London 3 days a week.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in pharmaceuticals, preferably in oncology, and possess strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. They should also be proficient in digital and omnichannel approaches, as well as training program development and delivery.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on agile and innovative solutions, delivering scientific training and updates to leading pharmaceutical clients. If you are a skilled Training Manager with experience working within Pharmaceuticals, we encourage you to apply for this position.

We estimate that candidates with similar experience can expect a salary range of £43,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on a 30-hour working week.
