Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper or Payroll Administrator to join our team at Riada Resourcing. As a key member of our payroll and accounts team, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining client payrolls, calculating statutory payments, and assisting with various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and maintain client payrolls using BrightPay software
- Calculate statutory payments such as maternity pay, holiday pay, and sick pay
- Auto-enrol employees into pension schemes
- Assist with various accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, analysing financial data in Excel, and inputting information into accounting software
- Prepare accounts to Trial Balance and complete VAT Returns
- Maintain client bookkeeping records using Sage Line 50 or Microsoft Excel
- 1-2 years experience in payroll processing
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (minimum 5)
- Strong numerical, analytical, and time management skills
