The role of Dementia Care Quality Assurance Specialist is a key position within our organization. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our registered and commissioned services. This includes determining and undertaking appropriate scrutiny, assurance, and improvement activities aligned with the Care Inspectorate Core Assurances and Alzheimer Scotland's Quality Guarantees and Continuous Quality Improvement Framework. You will have a deep understanding of dementia and experience in managing people, supporting staff development, and promoting a positive culture. Your leadership qualities and emotional intelligence will enable you to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.

This role requires a strong knowledge of office systems, including Microsoft 365 and databases or financial systems. You will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable function, ensuring all documents are issued, recorded, and reported on our systems timely and accurately. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
