Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our psychology team at Schoen Clinic Newbridge. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, supervision, and guidance to our team of psychologists and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the psychology team in providing high-quality clinical services to our patients, including individual and group therapy, assessment, and consultation.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of evidence-based practice.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior psychologists and other team members.
  • Contribute to the development of the team's psychological formulation and therapeutic skills.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure seamless care for our patients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of research and audit projects.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification.
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • Experience of working in a clinical psychology team, including leadership and supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of research methodology and statistical analysis.
