HR Policy Specialist

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a fast-growing client in Wetherby to fill a Term Time only HR Advisor position on a permanent basis. This newly created role involves reporting to and working closely with the Head of HR to support the day-to-day operations of the HR function and the wider HR Team across 39 weeks during school term time. Key responsibilities include managing the employee life cycle, supporting Employee Relations issues, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
