Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a fast-growing client in Wetherby to fill a newly created HR Advisor role. As a key member of the HR Team, you will support the Head of HR in managing the day-to-day operations of the HR function, including employee life cycle management, employee relations, and stakeholder engagement. Your responsibilities will include supporting managers with ER issues, recruitment and selection, and project work such as TUPE. If you have previous HR experience and a passion for development, we encourage you to apply. As a HR Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of HR and contribute to the success of the HR Team. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Support and coach managers on ER related issues
* Support with recruitment and selection
* Conduct first day HR induction for new starters
* Lead on project work such as TUPE
* Provide regular communications to managers and teams on best practice HR
