Service Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Sales Negotiator. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Area Service Sales Manager, focusing on the sale and administration of maintenance agreements within a specific region.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with the preparation of accurate and timely quotations for new and existing customers.
- Entering and updating customer information in our CRM system and following up on communications as needed.
- Processing incoming orders, ensuring all necessary details are provided to correctly set up agreements in our ERP system.
- Collaborating closely with the field-based Area Service Sales Managers to ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized with good administration skills
- Excellent communicator able to build and maintain customer rapport
- Basic knowledge of UK geography
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programmes
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Knowledge of CRM systems is desirable but not essential
- Good literacy or numeracy skills
