About the Role

This part-time Bartender position at Searcys involves delivering exceptional customer service while performing various duties as required. Key responsibilities include setting up the bar, taking orders, preparing drinks, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Liaising with key personnel to ensure consistent food and service provision aligns with menu standards is also essential.

In addition to these responsibilities, this Bartender role requires a strong grasp of product knowledge, experience in events and banqueting environments, and excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. To succeed in this role, you must be a supportive and team-oriented individual.
