Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at ABM UK. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, staff, and premises.
Key Responsibilities- Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of our customers, staff, and premises by conducting regular patrols, monitoring CCTV systems, and responding to incidents.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being approachable, friendly, and helpful to our customers.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with colleagues, management, and customers to ensure a smooth and secure environment.
- Reporting: Accurately record and report incidents, accidents, and security breaches to management and relevant authorities.
- Training and Development: Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in security and customer service.
- Qualifications: Hold a valid Door Supervisor License and CCTV License.
- Experience: Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a security role, preferably in a retail or commercial environment.
- Skills: Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Demands: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift light equipment.
