Job Title: Security Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a high level of security and safety services to our clients, including:

  • Ensuring the security and safety of customers, employees, and visitors
  • Protecting company assets and property
  • Responding to emergency situations and incidents
  • Conducting regular patrols and monitoring CCTV systems
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication
Key Responsibilities:

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential security threats
  • Developing and implementing security plans and procedures
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a safe and secure working environment
  • Providing training and support to colleagues on security procedures and protocols
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Door Supervisor License and/or CCTV License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
