Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Examination Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our assessment team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our examinations meet the highest standards of quality and integrity. This will involve working closely with subject experts, moderators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective quality assurance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for examinations, including standardization and moderation processes
  • Collaborate with subject experts and moderators to ensure that examination questions and marking schemes are accurate and reliable
  • Monitor and analyze examination data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to moderators and other stakeholders on quality assurance procedures
  • Contribute to the development of new examination specifications and marking schemes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant subject and a teaching qualification (such as QTS or PGCE)
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and assessment, preferably in an examination setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
