About the Role:

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for marking live candidates' responses, updating mark schemes and guidance, monitoring progress, and acting as a senior point of escalation across the quality assurance process. You will also support awarding activities by writing reports to the Awarding Committee, recommending grade boundaries, and participating in other areas as required.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality examination results while adhering to regulatory compliance and requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and examiners to ensure seamless quality assurance processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports on series and candidate performance.
  • Support the Assessment team in awarding activities and provide written responses to complaints where necessary.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in quality assurance and assessment practice.
  • The ability to lead and support essential quality assurance activities.
  • Knowledge of regulated industries and report writing skills.
  • Experience working in a similar role or capacity would be advantageous.
