Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Herefordshire Recovery Service, where you will contribute to addressing substance use across the county. As a team member, you will empower and enable individuals to change, while enjoying support for your own personal and professional growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse with a passion for people and a commitment to making a real difference. You will have the chance to enhance your life and career, gaining experience and training to progress in your nursing career within a social enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

You will undertake a diverse role, including running well-being clinics, conducting health and wellbeing assessments, and supporting the management of alcohol and opiate community detoxifications. You will have the opportunity to help shape service delivery and contribute to delivering outstanding clinical services.

You will need to be a qualified nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council, with access to RCNi for revalidation and indemnity insurance. You will work closely with the nurse manager and clinical lead to ensure high-quality services.

Requirements and Benefits

The ideal candidate will have a deep level of empathy, understanding, and patience, with a genuine interest in helping people with different needs. You will be required to travel to other hubs across the county, so your own vehicle or access to public transportation is essential.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' paid holiday a year, increasing with each year of service, plus Bank Holidays. We also pay for NMC Registration renewal fees and offer training opportunities to develop your skills.

About Us

We know that reward looks different to each person, and we want to support you in every way we can. Our total reward package includes opportunities to boost your career, recognition and celebration, and ways to make your money go further. If you are ambitious and ready for a fresh challenge, this could be the opportunity for you.
