Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organise case documents, ensuring efficient tracking and retrieval.
  • Coordinate meetings, facilitate communication with legal teams, and assist in casework activities.
  • Maintain and improve the Unit's document management system.
  • Manage and update key logs, including Excel spreadsheets.
  • Keep detailed records of all communications related to the Inquiry.
  • Attend meetings with key stakeholders, taking and distributing accurate notes.
  • Coordinate with third parties, ensuring the smooth progression of cases.
  • Schedule and organise meetings for the Unit.
  • Handle inquiries, draft correspondence, and manage routine telephone inquiries.
  • Process invoices and purchase orders, maintaining financial records.
Requirements:
  • Proven administrative experience, including managing mail, handling correspondence, and drafting letters.
  • Experience working in a regulatory, public service, or comparable sector, ideally within a professional body related to the legal profession.
  • Familiarity with the legal profession or legal training, particularly understanding regulatory frameworks and case management processes.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision.

Our client offers a competitive salary and a hybrid working arrangement, with one day per week in the office. This is a temporary, full-time position.
