Clinical Assessment Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of individuals who have been affected by historical events in Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments, reviewing medical evidence and documenting detailed reports for decision-making.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals to gather supporting medical evidence when necessary.
  • Compile structured assessment reports for the Victims Payment Board.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and report-writing skills, with experience managing detailed assessment portfolios. Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT systems for documentation is also essential. A valid driving licence and access to a car are required for this role.

Salary Details:

Base Salary: £38,500 - £41,500*

Retention Bonus: 5%

Additional Bonus: Up to 10% for quality and retention

Estimated Total Earnings (OTE): £45,650
