Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care
- Develop well-structured care plans and risk assessments, considering regulatory frameworks
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology effectively
- Oversee medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and legislation
- Make timely decisions and take action as needed
- Provide guidance and support to team members, utilizing clinical skills
- Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code
Salary and Benefits:
- An estimated salary of £18.74 per hour, translating to approximately £42,877.12 per annum
