We're seeking a highly motivated Literacy Coach to join our team at Academics in Camden. As a Teacher of English, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the literacy landscape of our school, inspiring students to develop a love for language and literature.

The ideal candidate will possess a recognised teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE) and a strong background in teaching English to Key Stage 3, 4, or 5. Your ability to create engaging lesson plans, foster a growth mindset, and build relationships with students and colleagues will make you an excellent fit for our team.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Design and deliver professional development workshops to enhance teachers' knowledge and skills in literacy instruction
  • Collaborate with subject leaders to develop curriculum-aligned resources and assessments
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to teachers to improve literacy instruction and student outcomes

**Requirements:**

  • Recognised teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE)
  • Previous experience teaching English to Key Stage 3, 4, or 5
  • Strong passion for literacy instruction, commitment to improving student outcomes

**Salary:** £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
