**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team at Lidl. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and improvement of our stores across your region.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Carry out structural maintenance in both stores and warehouses
* Attend to general building and labouring work
* Utilize your decorating skills, including painting and tiling
* Confidently perform general plumbing duties
* Frequently use power tools
* Conduct PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) visits to store and work proactively to find and repair faults

**Requirements**

* Experience in general maintenance work
* Strong numeracy skills
* Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines
* Flexibility with regards to working hours as some evenings and weekends will be required
* Relevant qualifications are desirable (i.e. NVQ, BTEC)
