About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tobacco Dependency Advisor to join our team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Tobacco Dependency Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients to quit smoking and improve their overall health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized smoking cessation support to inpatients
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to help patients quit smoking
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of smoking cessation services
  • Contribute to data collection and analysis to inform service improvement
  • Build relationships with community stop smoking services and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in administration or a related field
  • Experience in healthy lifestyle or behavioral change
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
