Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned educator with experience in school inclusion to join our team. As Pastoral Support Manager, you will lead the development of targeted strategies to address barriers to learning and provide expert guidance on creating a supportive school culture. Your expertise will be instrumental in building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and external partners, you will help shape the future of our students.
Responsibilities
* Line-manage a team of professionals working to support students* Develop and implement targeted strategies to address barriers to learning* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues* Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and external partners to provide comprehensive pastoral care* Contribute to the development of a supportive school culture* Oversee the use of legal powers and interventions, where necessary* Provide expert guidance on creating a supportive school culture* Manage a caseload of complex cases and provide effective case work
What We Offer
We provide a competitive salary of $42,500 - £52,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as opportunities for training and continuous professional development.
