We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Proactive Appointments. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first and second line support to our staff, assisting them with hardware and software problems via remote and in-person support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, and remote access
- Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting and repair
- Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
- Administer Active Directory user and group accounts
- Manage audio-visual and video conference technologies and hardware
- Install and configure anti-virus software and centralized deployment tools
- Implement remote access and VPN solutions
- Manage WAN and LAN technologies
- Utilize service desk call logging software
- Configure and manage Wi-Fi networks
- Implement desktop imaging and email management solutions
- Administer Microsoft Office 365
- Manage mobile telephony and MDM solutions
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Windows versions 10
