About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Barista Maestro to lead our team and drive high standards every shift. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for taking the lead on shifts, deploying team members, and training and developing new Baristas and existing team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
- Deploy team members effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
- Train and develop new Baristas and existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Support the roll out of new campaigns and products, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver excellent results.
- Conduct store walks to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
About You
We're looking for someone with a passion for coffee and people, who is able to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results. If you have experience of leading a team and are passionate about coffee, we'd love to hear from you.
