This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Theatre Recovery Lead to lead a motivated and friendly team.

About the Job:

You will be working as a Theatre Recovery Lead and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team, and motivating them to deliver excellent patient care. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high standard individualised patient care
  2. Providing care to patients recovering from a variety of surgical procedures
  3. Lead and motivate team
">

Requirements:

">
  • Be NMC/HCPC registered - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 years UK theatre recovery experience is essential for this position
  • ALS qualification is highly desirable
  • Excellent time management
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Excellent communication skills

GBP 37,500 - GBP 44,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
