We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused professional to join our team as a Company Secretary. As a key member of our Public Practice Recruitment Ltd team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of company governance and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and file annual returns, confirmation statements, and other critical documentation in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide essential support to board meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials.
  • Manage regulatory compliance, ensuring our clients meet all necessary requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in company secretarial roles, with a strong understanding of governance and compliance principles.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
