This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a range of flagship clients, including Oxford University, Harwell Science Campus, and Oxford Business Park. You will be responsible for managing projects and delivering high-quality cost management services that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Business Unit Directors in achieving business objectives
  • Delivering high-quality cost management services and ensuring compliance with business procedures
  • Managing projects to deliver high-quality services and deliverables
  • Cost planning and benchmarking
  • Settling final accounts
  • Providing technical advice on legal and contractual issues related to construction projects
  • Administrating contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent
About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in cost estimation and cost planning techniques, as well as knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, negotiation abilities, and financial acumen.

A salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is available for this role, commensurate with experience.
