At Selecture Global, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive business growth and expansion in the Risk, Strategy, and Research Solutions Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve new business targets and expand existing relationships with leading Global Banks, Asset Management, and other financial services firms.
  • Lead the sales cycle from initial prospect communication through contract execution, working closely with Pre-Sales & Solutioning teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CxO level executives and senior decision-makers at top financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed offerings and services meet customers' business needs.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets established by the Global Sales Leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred.
  • Deep domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Regulatory Trends, Risk, Data & Analytics, and Technology areas.
  • Proven leadership experience in selling risk/regulatory solutions within the financial services industry.
