Contract Manager with Cost Control Expertise

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team at the Russell Taylor Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring activities comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure fair billing for engineering works.
Develop and manage project costs to add value.
Support the business with project documentation, including ITT and cost estimates.
Issue tenders in line with procurement policies.
Monitor contractor services and payment applications.
Verify contractor compliance with contracts.
Identify and respond to risks.
Support Project Engineers in contract management.
Prepare estimates, evaluate costs, and analyse financial bids.
Experience in producing and working with Risk Registers is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- A UK driving license is essential.
- Candidates must be British or have lived in the UK for 5 years.
What We Offer:
- A salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
