We are currently supporting Praxis Care in the appointment of a Head of Corporate Compliance who will report to the Director of Governance and Quality and work closely with the Board, Company Secretary, and CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing Praxis' governance compliance program, ensuring adherence to legal standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in governance.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in corporate compliance, governance, legal, and/or risk management, coupled with demonstrable successful experience of managing cross-functional teams and driving compliance initiatives across multiple departments. We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits that include a generous pension scheme, life insurance, and paid annual leave.
