Spence & Partners Ltd. is seeking a skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join their team in the UK. As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our organization operates in a compliant, legal, and ethical manner.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In this role, you will report to the Head of Audit, Risk, and Compliance and will work closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization.

About You

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective compliance program, drafting and revising company policies, and providing advice and credible challenge to stakeholders on the application of relevant policy requirements.
  • You will also undertake monitoring reviews and checks to ensure compliance risks within our organization are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
  • Additionally, you will conduct data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and Third-Party Risk Assessments to mitigate potential privacy risks.
  • Support the development and maintenance of relationships with key regulators and assist with regulatory reviews.
  • Understand regulatory requirements related to the Financial Conduct Authority and The Pensions Regulator.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and internal policy changes.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly compliance reports.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an effective compliance program.
  • Draft and revise company policies.
