We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to provide governance support to the management and clinical teams across our hospitals.

About the Role

">
  • Lead, develop and have oversight on patient feedback metrics including overseeing complaints procedures.
  • Reviewing data on quality of care measures, such as infection rates and readmission rates, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing clinical best practices, policies, and procedures and maintain good governance practices in terms of document controls.
  • Providing assurance on compliance with CQC regulation, ICB quality agenda and NHS(E) initiatives and national requirements.

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

">
  • NMC or HCPC Registered (Dip HE/Degree/RGN/RM or AHP).
  • Previous experience in a quality improvement/risk management/governance lead role is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to lead quality and governance improvement processes and initiatives in a healthcare facility.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and current healthcare initiatives as well as reporting responsibilities for healthcare services.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of contemporary clinical risk management strategies.
