Your Role as a Care Assistant">

In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing support and companionship to our clients in their own homes. Your duties will include assisting with daily tasks, personal care, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Helping with meal preparation and cooking
  • Providing companionship and engaging in activities with clients
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
  • Managing medication and overseeing health-related tasks

About You:

  • You have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • You are fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills
  • You are flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
  • You have a compassionate nature and are committed to providing exceptional care

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.50-£14.00
  • Guaranteed minimum of one-hour calls per visit
  • 15 minutes of travel time included in each call

Education Requirements:

  • You must have a valid UK driving license
  • You do not need prior experience, as comprehensive training will be provided

Work Location:

This is a home-based role, where you will be visiting clients in their own homes across the Loughborough area.
