About the Job:

We are currently looking for an Aerospace Manufacturing Operator to join our team at our Wolverhampton facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, ensuring high-quality products, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain CNC machining equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand production requirements.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repair of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to equipment operation, material quality, or manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working with CNC machinery.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
