Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our team at Sellick Partnership in Newcastle. As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be responsible for providing conveyancing services to clients, including:

  • Managing a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including repossession, probate matters, and overseas investors
  • Working with conveyancing assistants to support with conveyancing caseloads and provide excellent customer service
  • Drafting legal documents for purchases and sales, including title deeds and land registry documents
  • Providing updates to clients via phone and email, ensuring timely and efficient communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of conveyancing experience
  • Conveyancing qualification, CILEX, or significant experience in residential conveyancing
  • Experience of unregistered property and title checks on leasehold
  • Ability to handle high-volume caseloads of 60+
