Component Maintenance Manager

About the Position
\This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Component Maintenance Manager to join our team at easyJet Airline Company PLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Aircraft/Aerospace Engineering and excellent knowledge of EASA Part M / Part CAMO functions.
\The Role
\- Develop and implement strategies to maintain the airworthiness of aircraft components, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Fleet Engineers and Maintenance Teams, to resolve technical issues and improve component maintenance processes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, using tools like AMOS, to track component performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
\- Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve technical issues related to aircraft components.
- Collaborate with system and equipment manufacturers to improve airworthiness, reduce downtime, and increase aircraft availability.
- Provide training and guidance to junior engineers on EASA Part M / Part CAMO requirements and best practices.
Benefits and Salary
\- An estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Up to 20% bonus scheme.
- 25 days holiday per year.
