Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional levels of service to customers in a face-to-face setting.
  • Ensure that customers are informed and updated on the status of their vehicles.
  • Utilize specialized software to price jobs and upsell services.
  • Manage phone calls efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
  • Maximize workshop efficiencies and profits.
  • Invoice and process payments from customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role within an automotive environment.
  • Strong administration and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and timeframes.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Full UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK.
