Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bourne. As a key member, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, supporting the operational team during production, and performing electrical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly
  • Respond to breakdowns and perform repairs in a timely manner
  • Able to read technical drawings and diagrams to identify issues and implement solutions
  • Perform electrical tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
