Role Overview

Coaction Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their high-performing service desk team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, utilizing strong communication skills, MS365, VMware or Hyper-V, excellent troubleshooting ability, networking, and a driving licence with access to a car every day.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced engineer who can provide expert technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a high level of skill across a broad range of technologies and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide expert technical support to clients
  • Collaborate with the service desk team to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in IT support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS365, VMware or Hyper-V, and networking
  • A driving licence with access to a car every day
