Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Care Manager to join our Carers team. As an Assistant Care Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with healthcare professionals, social care providers, and other stakeholders to identify the needs of carers and develop personalized care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • A relevant qualification in social care or a related field (e.g., GCSEs in maths and English)
  • Experience working in a health or social care setting
  • Knowledge of people with care and support needs
  • Understanding of relevant legislation and recent developments in social care
  • Safeguarding adults knowledge
  • The ability to assess and complete health and social care assessments
  • Support requests for carer assessments under the Care Act

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:
