Key Responsibilities- Manage team absences and deployment to ensure seamless branch operations
- Support training and maintain training records for Branch staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Passionately deliver exceptional customer service to achieve business targets and drive sales
- Develop a commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Hold a full and valid driving license and have experience within a similar management role in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing, or uPVC environment
- A competitive basic salary of £33,415 per year
- An excellent monthly bonus scheme, which added to your salary would be up to £43,399 per year
