Sales Order Processing Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Processing Administrator to join our team at Pearson Whiffin - Business Support. As a Sales Order Processing Administrator, you will be responsible for processing sales orders, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems
