We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at New Directions Holding. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality educational staff supply service to schools and education supply workers in the Kent and Medway areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, vet, and maintain effective working relationships with candidates available for supply work within your designated area of responsibility.
- Develop relationships with schools, staff, and local community to promote our services and secure additional work opportunities for registered supply staff.
- Visit schools, promote our services, and provide quality follow-up service visits to existing clients.
- Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with clients in your area that have a demand for educational supply staff.
- Undertake effective outbound sales calls to secure work for supply staff and convert to bookings in accordance with specified processes and procedures.
- Maintain regular contact with supply staff to keep them available for work through New Directions Education Ltd.
- Ensure accurate administration, reporting, and record-keeping adhere to all specified processes and procedures.
- Fully competent at all aspects of the recruitment consultant role (minimum of 12 months in a billing consultancy role).
- Full understanding of desk revenue generated as per set budget GP for individual plan.
- Excellent negotiation, margin control, and communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, clients, and local community.
- Full driving license.
