We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Caretaker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our estates and high-rise properties, as well as providing an exceptional caretaking service to our residents.

  • Provide high-quality customer service and ensure the cleanliness and appearance of neighbourhoods">
  • Carry out property maintenance, identify problems, and take appropriate action">
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures, including COSHH regulations">
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and use initiative where necessary">
  • Perform minor building maintenance work">
  • Utilize basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word and email">
  • Be willing to work outside regular hours if required">
  • Hold a full clean driving licence">

Requirements and Qualifications
