Job Title: Project Manager - ERP Implementation Specialist

RSM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Technology & Management Consulting team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ERP implementation projects to our clients in the middle market.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our ERP implementation projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise in ERP implementation, project management, and stakeholder engagement will be essential in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ERP implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet RSM's quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation project management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
