Job Title: Business Development Manager - Roofing & Cladding Refurbishment Services

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our building envelope refurbishment services, including facade remediation, to end-users and professional services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field sales position promoting building envelope refurbishment services, including facade remediation
  • Purely focusing on refurbishment projects
  • Majority of your time will be spent selling directly to end-users, such as Muller, Pepsi, Heineken, Scottish Water, Tesco, and North British Distillery
  • The remaining portion will focus on the professional services sector, dealing with student accommodation providers, housebuilders, and surveyors
  • Turnover will be determined by your experience, with senior candidates expected to achieve between £2m-£2.5m
Requirements:
  • Must have construction/industrial new business sales experience
  • Must have dealt with a similar route to market via end-users, housebuilders, surveyors, facilities management providers, etc.
  • Ideally selling building envelope/facade services
  • Ambitious, hungry, driven, and dynamic personality
